What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Zamples treats personal information that Zamples collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Zamples products and services. Zamples collects personal information when you register with Zamples. Zamples may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with Zamples and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

Zamples collects information about your usage of the Zamples web site and the information provided via any means, including IDE plugins, and with some of our business partners.

You can edit your Zamples Account Information, including your preferences, at any time.

New categories of information may be added to the Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Zamples service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Zamples Newsletter, that are considered part of your Zamples account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

You can delete your Zamples account by visiting our Account Deletion page. Any postings that you have created will remain the property of Zamples, Inc. and will continue to be accessible online by others.

Children

Zamples is not a child-oriented site. Should someone identify themselves as being under the age of 13, Zamples does not allow them to register or access Zamples content.
